AsHeadoftheNetworkSectorCoverage(NSC)TeamwithinINGUK,youandyourteamareresponsibleforservicingsubsidiariesofnon-UKCorporateClientsintheUK.Managingadiverseteamintermsofnationality,culturalbackground,experiencelevel&gender;youarealeaderwithapro-activeattitude,andyoufeelcomfortableinaninternationalsetting.

Thisrolerequiresteambuildinginanagileworkenvironmentandeffectivelong-termrelationshipbuildingwiththeINGinternationalnetworkandyourclientsatmultiplelevels,therebyrepresentingING’sfull-servicepalleteandsolidreputation.Youworkcloselywithotherdepartmentsandmanagetogetherthebestpossibleofferingfortheclients.

Tomanagetheclientportfolio,theteamworkscloselytogetherwithRAMs,PAMs,productspecialistsandsectorteamsacrosstheworld.TogetherwithPAMsandRAMsyouandyourteamdeterminetheclientapproachlocallyandsometimesregionallyasRAM.YouarelocatedintheLondonofficeaspartoftheSectorteamandyouwillbereportinghierarchicallyintotheHeadofSectorCoverageUKandfunctionallyintotheGlobalHeadofNetworkSectorCoverage.

Theteamhasrecentlyundergoneatransformationandholdsastrongfoundationforfuturegrowth.TheNetworkSectorCoverageTeaminUKisexpectedtocontributefurtherto WholesaleBank(WB)growthambitionsintheUKaswellasING’sNetworkoffering.YouwillbeanactivememberoftheNetworkSectorCoverageManagementTeamsandSectorsUKManagementTeam.
