Overview A fantastic opportunity to join a leading Marketing Technology Consultancy as a Head of Martech, working with enterprise clients to design and deliver modern MarTech ecosystems, customer data platforms, and data-driven marketing strategies. The Company This consultancy specialises in helping organisations unlock the value of their customer data, marketing technology, and digital marketing capabilities. They partner with global brands to implement and optimise Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, demand-side advertising technology, and marketing analytics solutions, enabling more personalised and measurable customer engagement across channels. Responsibilities
Lead client engagements focused on Martech strategy and transformation Provide expert consulting support around Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy and implementation Translate complex data architecture and MarTech solutions into clear commercial outcomes for business stakeholders Develop tailored CDP and customer data strategies aligned with marketing, CRM, and customer experience objectives Lead hands-on configuration and optimisation of CDP platforms Integrate CDPs with CRM platforms, demand-side advertising platforms (DSPs), marketing automation tools, and analytics solutions Enable audience segmentation and activation across paid media, programmatic advertising, CRM, and digital channels Ensure successful delivery of end-to-end Martech and CDP implementations Set up and optimise customer data activation use cases across marketing and advertising platforms
Qualifications
Proven experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, or Tealium AudienceStream Experience integrating CDPs with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics Familiarity with demand-side advertising platforms (DSPs) such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP Experience working with marketing analytics and data platforms including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Tableau Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience Ability to lead end-to-end Martech and CDP delivery programmes 4.5 day working week moving to a 4 day week
