Head of Martech
London - Hybrid - 2x a week
Up to £90,000
This is an exciting chance to step into a senior leadership role within a growing MarTech consultancy, shaping their solutions practice while remaining close to hands‑on delivery. The Company
They are a boutique MarTech consultancy supporting clients across the full marketing technology ecosystem. Their work spans strategic advisory, hands-on implementation, and the development of their own MarTech products. With a small but highly capable UK team and a strong technical hub offshore, they partner closely with brands to solve complex data, activation, and customer experience challenges.
The Role
• Lead and deliver MarTech solution design across CDPs, CRMs, and AdTech tools.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients, helping them solve technical challenges and maximise their technology investments.
• Remain hands-on with configuration when required, supporting the team on more complex builds.
• Mentor, support, and develop the existing team while shaping future hiring and long-term capability growth.
• Work closely with clients on discovery, stakeholder interviews, and solution recommendations.
• Explore how agentic AI can enhance client outcomes and embed these approaches into project delivery.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of packaged MarTech solutions for vendor partners.
• Manage a blend of strategic and technical project work across multiple clients.
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong commercial experience across CDP platforms, ideally Tealium or Adobe.
• Exposure to CRM tools such as Braze or Salesforce.
• Confident understanding of how data warehouses integrate with CDPs and CRM ecosystems.
• Ability to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing, consultative role with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on capability with configuration and implementation where needed.
• Curiosity about the evolving MarTech landscape and emerging AI-led opportunities.
• Collaborative mindset with an interest in developing and coaching others.
