The Role As Head of Legal – Employment , you’ll: Sit on the People Committee and advise senior leadership on employment law matters and people strategy. Lead the development of a new external legal panel to drive efficiency and cost savings. Support UK and Ireland operations while contributing to international strategy. Be a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team on employment-related initiatives and decisions.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business and the opportunity to shape legal frameworks that support innovation and growth.
