As Head of History, the successful candidate will:

* Lead and develop a high-quality, ambitious History curriculum across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 * Provide strong subject leadership, supporting and inspiring colleagues within the department * Use data, assessment and research-informed practice to drive progress and raise attainment * Promote high expectations, inclusion and aspiration for all students * Play an active role in the wider life and strategic direction of the school
