Head of Finance – Luxury Hotel Group Salary: £80–85k + bonus Location: Central London (office-based) We are partnering with a prestigious London-based hotel group that is seeking a Head of Finance to drive financial performance, lead a high-performing finance team, and collaborate with hotel leadership to shape the future of a growing portfolio . Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations across multiple properties, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Partner with senior management to drive profitability, cost control, and strategic commercial decision-making. Lead, mentor, and develop a talented finance team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Champion finance system enhancements, automation, and process efficiency. Support investor and ownership reporting with strategic insights that fuel growth and long-term value. Candidate Profile: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role within multi-site hospitality.
