Head of Finance – Luxury Hotel Group Salary: £80–85k + bonusLocation: Central London (office-based) We are partnering with a prestigious London-based hotel group that is seeking a Head of Finance to drive financial performance, lead a high-performing finance team, and collaborate with hotel leadership to shape the future of a growing portfolio.Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations across multiple properties, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.Partner with senior management to drive profitability, cost control, and strategic commercial decision-making.Lead, mentor, and develop a talented finance team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Champion finance system enhancements, automation, and process efficiency.Support investor and ownership reporting with strategic insights that fuel growth and long-term value. Candidate Profile: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role within multi-site hospitality.Commercially astute with a track record of EBITDA growth and profitability optimization.Confident leader and communicator, able to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.Experienced in finance systems, controls, compliance, and team development.JBRP1_UKTJ
