We champion each other and encourage ourselves and our customers to aim high through our products, events, engagements, publications and high-profile partnerships.Today, both Rodial and Nip + Fab products are available worldwide in 30+ countries, in both prestigious luxury department stores and multiple high-street retailers and pharmacies.Please note, we work 4 days a week in our offices in W11 and one day from home.The OpportunityThe Head of Ecommerce & Trading is responsible for owning and driving the global ecommerce strategy, trading performance, and digital customer experience. This role leads all aspects of online revenue generation, including trading, performance marketing, CRM, and onsite optimisation. The successful candidate will combine a strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach, ensuring that digital channels deliver best-in-class customer journeys, strong commercial performance and sustainable growth.A key focus of the role is leveraging platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and AWIN to optimise performance, alongside effective management of external agencies and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the global ecommerce, trading, and digital marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, profitability, and ROILead the ecommerce platform (Shopify) and digital roadmap, overseeing site functionality, integrations, compliance, and continuous innovationDrive performance marketing across all channels, managing agency and partner relationships to optimise customer acquisition and efficiencyOwn CRM and customer lifecycle strategy, including segmentation, loyalty, and retention to maximise lifetime valueLead site optimisation, CRO, and user experience improvements, using data and insights to enhance conversion, AOV, and engagementSet and manage budgets and forecasts, aligning trading plans with stock availability and operational executionOwn reporting and performance analysis, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring delivery against commercial objectivesOversee content, promotional, and campaign planning, ensuring alignment with brand, marketing, PR, and retail activitiesEnsure a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience from acquisition through to deliveryLead, develop and inspire a high‑performing team, acting as a hands‑on leader across key initiativesGENERALContribute to the overall business direction and strategyCarry out additional duties when reasonably requested and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the roleThe successful candidate will have the following:Previous experience at this level, particularly in building and implementing an online strategy for acquisition and retention across multiple digital channels including paid search, paid social, affiliates, email and organic searchStrong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta and other paid ad platforms as well as SEO and PPCAbility to juggle multiple projects and understand cost, resource and technological requirements needed to fulfill projectsExperience in managing a team and developing their skill setExperience in managing third party agencies and warehouse relationshipsStrong analytical skills for evaluating site analytics and customer data to report against business KPI's and provide invaluable insight to senior stakeholders to help shape ongoing marketing strategyLiteracy skills: able to demonstrate effective written communication and copywriteNumeracy skills: excellent commerciality, with ability to make practical use of relevant management informationAbility to use independent judgementExcellent attention to detailStrong prioritisation and time management skillsSelf-sufficient, confident leader able to influence stakeholders at all levels and work effectively across all departmentsHave an interest in digital trends and advancements #J-18808-Ljbffr
