We’re partnered with a high-growth, venture-backed fintech that is scaling following recent funding. As part of that growth, they’re building out their marketing team and are now looking for a Head of Content to take ownership of narrative, messaging, and content strategy at a pivotal stage in their journey. This is a strategic role where you'll be responsible for shaping how the business shows up to the market. With strong product-market fit, a clear growth trajectory, and an increasingly ambitious commercial strategy this is the perfect role for a vision-led Content Marketing expert with a background in FinTech. The Head of Content will:
Owning the overarching content strategy and be responsible for defining and embedding a clear, consistent narrative across the business. You will ensure that everything from top-of-funnel content through to sales enablement materials feels cohesive, differentiated, and aligned to commercial goals. Define messaging, tone of voice, and narrative across channels, partnering closely with sales to improve collateral and sales enablement materials. Managing external agencies and freelancers across content, PR, and production, identifying high-impact content opportunities across the funnel (particularly top-of-funnel awareness and education). Bringing greater structure and consistency to how content is planned and delivered.
Required skills & experience:
Previous experience in fintech, SaaS, or another regulated/complex space. Is comfortable owning narrative and messaging at a company level Has experience managing agencies and external content production Understands how content supports demand generation and sales, not just brand Brings a point of view - someone who can challenge, not just execute
