The Role As Head of Biology, you will lead the Biology curriculum across Key Stages 35, driving excellence in teaching, learning and outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing the Biology department Designing and delivering a high-quality, ambitious Biology curriculum Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies to raise attainment Coaching, mentoring and developing teaching staff Ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and assessment Contributing to whole-school improvement as part of the middle leadership team The School Our client school is a well-established and diverse secondary school in Lambeth with a strong reputation for academic achievement and pastoral care.
