Head of Biology .

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Biology teacher ready to step into leadership, or an established Head of Biology seeking a new challenge within a supportive and forward-thinking school.

The Role

As Head of Biology, you will lead the Biology curriculum across Key Stages 35, driving excellence in teaching, learning and outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing the Biology department Designing and delivering a high-quality, ambitious Biology curriculum Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies to raise attainment Coaching, mentoring and developing teaching staff Ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and assessment Contributing to whole-school improvement as part of the middle leadership team The School

We are seeking a candidate who:
