We are seeking a Head of AI Enablement to lead the scaling and operationalisation of AI capabilities at Brit. This pivotal role involves driving AI solutions across the business, ensuring effective use of AI and data science to achieve strategic outcomes, and advancing our data science and AI initiatives on next-generation technology.

In this position, you will oversee the implementation and expansion of AI solutions within various departments, collaborate with senior leadership to identify key challenges and opportunities, and manage a team of AI and data science professionals. You will also promote best practices and procedures throughout the organisation.
