The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fresh food kitchena and be an experienced leader who is creative, organised and commercially aware.
As Head Chef you will:
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead, motivate and develop a large, professional brigade
Ensure consistency and quality across all food offerings, from la carte dining to functions and events
Design menus that showcase seasonal produce while remaining commercially astute
Manage all kitchen operations including ordering, GP, compliance and stock control
Lead by example, maintaining exceptionally high standards at all times
Have a passion for delivering high-quality modern British cuisine
Be driven to maintain and elevate standards across all areas of the kitchen
