A Head Chef is required for a well-established, independently owned food-led venue located in North Wales.

You will be an experienced Head Chef with a strong background in fresh food kitchens, confident delivering both consistency and creativity in a high-volume environment.
Youll be commercially aware, organised and passionate about producing high-quality dishes using seasonal ingredients.
As Head Chef you will:
Take full responsibility for all kitchen operations
Develop and deliver menus that balance creativity with profitability
Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated kitchen team
Manage stock, ordering, GP and all compliance requirements
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
