What Were Looking For Proven experience Minimum two years as Head Chef in a 4-star or award-winning environment. Inspirational leadership Able to motivate and manage a brigade of 10 chefs to achieve excellence. Strong business sense Confident with P&L, GP, menu costing, wage budgeting, and purchasing. Impeccable standards A commitment to consistency, food safety, allergens, and kitchen hygiene. Creative talent A passion for developing menus and pushing culinary boundaries. Hands-on approach Adaptable, organised, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen that caters for weddings, afternoon teas, brasserie, and bar service.
