We're looking for a Head Chef to lead the brand new Level 1 Restaurant at St Mary's Stadium the home of Southampton FC.
This isn't your average kitchen. You'll be running a 7 day operation in one of the most exciting venues in the South of England, with full ownership of the menu, the brigade, and the standards.
What you'll be doing: Leading and inspiring a talented kitchen team Shaping menus with a focus on seasonal, quality produce Owning day-to-day operations and H&S compliance Coaching and developing your team through appraisals and mentoring Managing budgets, GP, and cost control
What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Head Chef Strong leadership and communication skills Commercially minded with a passion for great food Calm under pressure, highly organised Up to £37,000 depending on experience
