Passionate about fresh food and delivering consistent quality
Confident leading and motivating a kitchen team
Organised and calm when working in a fast paced environment
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
Comfortable managing stock, ordering and kitchen controls
A positive communicator who leads by example

Head Chef Responsibilities:
Oversee all kitchen operations ensuring high standards are met
Create and develop menus that reflect the style and vision of the business
Lead, train and support the kitchen team on a daily basis
Maintain food safety, hygiene and health and safety compliance
Manage stock control, ordering and waste effectively
Work closely with the wider team to deliver smooth and successful service
