A unique opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to take the reins of a busy, hospitality operation in West London. This is not your standard kitchen role. Youll be leading a food offering that supports a vibrant mix of pre-theatre dining, matinee service, and all-day café trade, serving a diverse, culturally engaged audience. The kitchen currently delivers over £1,000£2,000 per day in food revenue, with clear scope for growth under the right leadership. The Role You will take full ownership of the kitchen, leading a small but capable brigade of 23 chefs plus kitchen porters, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all services. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-service environment and is ready to make their mark.
