Head Chef - Stunning 5* Hotel - Mayfair - £60k + Benefits We are looking for a talented Head Chef for a stunning, Boutique Hotel restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. This iconic venue has a 70 seat restaurant, IRD, cocktail bar and PDRs, all with bespoke, exceptional offerings in an incredible setting This Michelin starred restaurant serves Modern European cuisine with a focus on impeccable produce, world-class events and a VVIP clientele.
You will be working with the Exec Chef to create exciting seasonal menus as well as organisation for the property across all the outlets.
We are looking for a hands-on skilled chef and leader who wants to challenge themselves in one of the most iconic venues in London.
Head Chef - Venue : - Stunning Michelin starred restaurant - Working closely with the Exec Chef - Very high-end events and impeccable service
Head Chef - Rewards:
- c. £60k+ package (£51k basic + £10k tronc approx) - Excellent benefits - Strong progression
Head Chef - Experience:
- Must have 5* luxury Hotel experience - Talented and hands-on - Charismatic, organised and a strong leader We are looking for an experienced operator with a proven background in exceptional kitchens in 5* Hotels/Michelin restaurants.
