This iconic venue has a 70 seat restaurant, IRD, cocktail bar and PDRs, all with bespoke, exceptional offerings in an incredible setting This Michelin starred restaurant serves Modern European cuisine with a focus on impeccable produce, world-class events and a VVIP clientele. You will be working with the Exec Chef to create exciting seasonal menus as well as organisation for the property across all the outlets. We are looking for a hands-on skilled chef and leader who wants to challenge themselves in one of the most iconic venues in London.
