We are currently on the hunt for an exceptional chef and leader to run the menu at this lovely bakery café. We are looking for a skilled chef to deliver a high-quality brunch menu for this family-run business.
The Perks As the Head Brunch Chef, you will receive:
Salary up to £40,000
Daytime hours only (7:30am - 4:00pm)
5 days out of 7, including weekends
Stable, full-time position in a growing business

The Person

The ideal Head Brunch Chef will:
Have previous experience as a Head Chef in a fresh food environment
Have strong attention to detail
Be confident following and maintaining dish specifications
Be passionate about flavour and quality
Understand how to balance urgency with consistency in a busy kitchen
Be eligible to work in the UK
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
