We are a strong expanding Restaurant group, and including 4 operations with a new restaurant opening planned to be based in the City of London
The business is high quality and high-volume operation and serving seasonal regional starters and re-invented homemade luxury Italian Pasta dishes.
As a testimony of our standards and quality of food we have been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand for the past 5 years.
Currently we are looking to recruit a full time Head Chef, and the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, have good management skills, and keen in building a strong food culture in their team.
The Head Chef will report to the Group Executive Head Chef and be supported by a strong Management team.
The Head Chef will receive:
A basic annual salary between £50,000 & £55,000 per year and depending on experience.
Overseeing a team of 15/16 Chefs
The hours of work are around 45/50 a week over 5 days
