Groups & Events Sales Manager
is responsible for managing and converting group and event sales opportunities. This role focuses on driving sales efforts, maximizing revenue, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences through effective collaboration with internal teams and operations. The position emphasizes pipeline conversion, strategic upselling, and negotiation to achieve revenue targets while maintaining strong client relationships. It requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding service within a luxury hotel environment. Who are we? What we are looking for? We are looking for someone with a pleasant & welcoming manner. Experience in a luxury 5* hotel and/or hotel operations is desirable Experience in a similar events role Flexible & adaptable to different working conditions Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and Opera A solid understanding of third-party sites such as CVENT and VenueDirectory A strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. You will have Have an immaculate appearance. Have oral & written fluency in English. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial. Be motivated & a self-starter. Have a positive attitude.
