The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be at the centre of strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing a high-performing finance function with best-in-class reporting, controls, and financial management.
Taking full ownership of transactional finance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Providing commercial insight to support data-driven decisions across the leadership team.
Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
Managing relationships with lenders, banks, and investors across the UK and US.
Partnering closely with operations to deliver timely analysis and performance insights.
Driving improvements across systems, processes, and reporting to enhance scalability.
