Group Financial Controller – TXP Join TXP, a fast-paced, technology and consulting leader, to drive financial strategy and operational excellence. Role Overview As Group Financial Controller, you will lead the finance function for a medium-sized, PE‑backed business. You will manage month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic decision‑making. The role is hybrid – 2‑3 days per week from our Birmingham office. Key Responsibilities

Own month‑end close and preparation of management accounts for all entities. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and investor reporting. Develop the finance team across TXP Group, driving best practice and high performance. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Manage external audits, liaise with auditors and advisors. Support CFO with board packs and investor reporting. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes and reporting. Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and support decision‑making. Oversee tax, treasury, statutory reporting requirements. Support M&A due diligence and integration.

Skills & Experience

ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm. Strong technical accounting knowledge (UK GAAP/IFRS); international experience an advantage. Experience in audit, controls and financial reporting. Commercial mindset with interest in business operations. Comfortable in fast‑paced, evolving environments. Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration and resilience skills.
