Day‑to‑day management of the finance team including controls, processes and reporting Deliver reliable cash flow forecasts Treasury management, including foreign exchange and covenant reporting Deliver the monthly management accounts on time and in full, including analysis of result versus budget, prior year, balance‑sheet items and cash‑flow movements Prepare budgets and forecasts Ensure processes capture R&D tax credits on an ongoing basis Ensure smooth completion of statutory accounts, audits and tax computations Contribute to development of financial reporting and IT systems Manage the company’s insurance requirements Ensure compliance with corporate and local standards, regulations and guidelines

Qualifications

Professional qualification in accounting (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting Experience within the manufacturing sector Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team effectively Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Capability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders
