Job overview Responsibilities (as described in the original text): As Group Chief Delivery Officer, you will provide visible system leadership, working with executives to deliver operational excellence and consistent performance across all sites. You will shape our Group Operating Model, optimise collective capacity, support high-quality clinical care and strengthen resilience. You will also play a key role in programmes that will define the future of acute care in North West London. We are seeking an inspiring operational leader with a strong record in complex acute settings. You will bring strategic insight, resilience, collaborative style that builds trust and empowers teams, while championing an inclusive, supportive culture.
