Who We're Looking For We welcome graduates from a wide range of degree subjects, including: Psychology Criminology Education Studies Sociology Health & Social Care Sports Science / Coaching Social Work / Youth Work Counselling or Mental Health related degrees STEM subjects (Maths, Science, Computing) Childhood Studies English / Creative Writing Performing Arts / Drama Art & Design If you have the passion, empathy, and resilience to support children with additional needs, we want to hear from you - regardless of whether you have direct school experience.
