Who We're Looking For

We welcome graduates from a wide range of degree subjects, including:

Psychology Criminology Education Studies Sociology Health & Social Care Sports Science / Coaching Social Work / Youth Work Counselling or Mental Health related degrees STEM subjects (Maths, Science, Computing) Childhood Studies English / Creative Writing Performing Arts / Drama Art & DesignIf you have the passion, empathy, and resilience to support children with additional needs, we want to hear from you - regardless of whether you have direct school experience.

What the Role Involves

Supporting pupils with a wide range of SEN needs (ASC, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and complex needs) Working on a 1:1 basis or with small groups Assisting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour support Helping create a supportive and structured learning environment Building positive, meaningful relationships with pupilsPositions Available

Short-term supply Long-term ongoing roles Full-time or part-time opportunities Roles available across specialist SEN settings and alternative provisionsTraining & Compliance Support
