About the Role: Supporting pupils aged 11-16 in class and in small groups Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management Working closely with subject teachers and SEN departments Providing pastoral support and acting as a positive role model Ideal for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or youth workers
Requirements : A recent graduate (any subject considered; strong academic record preferred) A genuine passion for working with young people A desire to pursue a career in education Strong communication and interpersonal skills
