What You'll Do as a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant:
Work 1:1 with students who have special educational needs such as autism, ADHD, and social-emotional challenges.
Use your understanding of psychology to adapt activities and behaviour strategies to meet individual needs.
Support the class teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Observe, monitor, and report on student progress-ideal experience for aspiring Educational Psychologists.
Develop strong relationships with students to build confidence, promote emotional wellbeing, and foster academic progress.
What We're Looking For in a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
A Psychology (or related) degree - ideally with some understanding of SEN or child development.
Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, tutoring, or volunteering).
