Intrinsic Communications is a boutique events company delivering high-level executive events including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, virtual events and two-day summits. We work with senior leaders across a wide range of industries and are continuing to grow rapidly.

We are expanding our Sponsorship and Delegate Sales teams and are looking for confident, driven individuals ready to start a successful sales career.

The Role

Office-based Monday to Thursday, work from home Fridays
Outbound calling to pre-defined data sets
Engaging senior executives to attend or sponsor events
Outreach via phone, LinkedIn and email
Presenting opportunities to clients via Microsoft Teams
Managing your own pipeline and working to clear targets
About You

Confident, articulate and comfortable on the phone
Friendly, professional and enthusiastic
Well organised and resilient
Highly ambitious and motivated by targets and earnings
Eligible to work in the UK and travel internationally
What We Offer

Competitive basic salary £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000 - £60,000
