Graduate Sales Executive\n\nOur client, a fast-growing fintech and merchant services provider, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants structured training, long-term development, and the chance to earn strong commission from day one.\n\nYou will be joining a company preparing to scale significantly, offering card payment solutions across the UK. Full product training is provided — no prior experience in merchant services is required.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Prospecting and generating new business leads\n\n * Making outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to book appointments and introduce the company’s payment solutions\n\n * Learning how to qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions\n\n * Meeting achievable KPIs for outreach, pipeline creation, and conversions\n\n * Working closely with the senior sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client setup\n\n * Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems and managing follow-ups\n\n * Representing the business with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn\n\nWho We’re Looking For\n\n * A recent graduate (any degree discipline considered)\n\n * Confident communicator with strong spoken and written English\n\n * Competitive, driven, and financially motivated\n\n * Keen to learn the world of fintech, payments, and B2B sales\n\n * Resilient attitude — comfortable with outreach and building pipelines\n\n * Professional, well-organised, and eager to progress quickly\n\n * A team player who thrives in a high-growth environment\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * £28,000 base salary\n\n * Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £35k–£45k+\n\n * Full training on products, sales techniques, and industry knowledge\n\n * Clear progression route into Business Development, Field Sales, or Account Management\n\n * Opportunity to join an exciting fintech business at an early stage of growth\n\nLocation, Hours & Salary\n\n * Location: Central London\n\n * Hours: Monday–Friday, office-based\n\n * Salary: £28,000 base + uncapped commission
