JBM is supporting A high-growth, tech-enabled services business to find a delivery operations, change management, and transformation leader to drive operational excellence across a 70-person global delivery function.
You’ll join at a pivotal inflection point: the business is shifting from a primarily human-led service model to one that is powered by its propriety tech platform.
This role is about leading a high performing team through this critical transformation and ensuring continued operational excellence.
You’ll embed new ways of working across a technical, process-oriented group of experts.
This is an interim-to-perm opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Lead a global customer success function (~70 FTEs) who provide technical delivery and support to clients
- Manage and evolve the Asia-based operational hub, while collaborating with commercial teams across the globe
- Drive the implementation of automation and AI tools across workflows
- Champion change - embedding new structures, frameworks, and performance metrics across the org
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align delivery with growth, margin, and service goals
- International travel required every 8-10 weeks to deepen relationships and embed operational best practice
What We’re Looking For
- Experience scaling service delivery functions in high-growth, tech-enabled environments
- A track record of leading offshore operations teams and navigating cross-cultural dynamics
- Expertise in operational transformation - including automation, tooling, and change management
- Strong commercial acumen - you understand how operational levers affect gross margin and customer satisfaction
- Comfort working at multiple altitudes - equally at ease in a room with technical leads as with the CFO or CEO
- Energy, edge, and ambition - you're ready to take on a big challenge with big upside

- Compensation: a mixture of base and bonus, somewhere in the region of £120k - £180k OTE
