Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Head of Mobile Publisher Growth to join our London-based team in a hybrid capacity. This executive-level position is critical to the strategic expansion and retention of our mobile publishing partners globally and across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a proven track record in scaling publisher relationships, overseeing the implementation of mobile monetization strategies, and aligning cross-functional efforts with broader organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem and the programmatic advertising landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth, onboarding, and retention of mobile publishers.
  • Design and execute strategic initiatives aimed at expanding publisher partnerships and maximizing revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile monetization solutions.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the company and mobile publishers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and inform future strategies.
  • Represent adWMG at major mobile, gaming, and ad-tech industry events in London and internationally.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the mobile application, mobile technology, or mobile advertising industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile app ecosystems, monetization models, and user acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership, including the ability to manage, coach, and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong track record of developing and executing growth-focused business strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
