We are looking for a commercially astute, hands-on General Manager who can balance guest experience with full financial accountability. The Role General Manager Full responsibility for the overall restaurant operation

Full financial accountability, including P&L, labour, payroll and cost control

Lead, develop and inspire both FOH and management teams

Maintain exceptional service standards and guest experience

Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners and local community

Work closely with ownership to drive performance and long-term growth

Ideal Experience & Background General Manager Proven General Manager experience within high-end or premium restaurants

Strong understanding of French neighbourhood or quality-led dining

Experience running high-volume, service-focused operations

Confident managing financial performance, compliance and controls

A natural leader with a people-first approach and attention to detail
