General Manager hospitality and entertainment Venue Up to £39,000 + Bonus | Exeter | Full Time, Permanent Please note: Youll need to drive and have access to your own vehicle due to the location and shift patterns. Some shifts may start as early as 7am or finish as late as 3am, and public transport is limited at these times. Are you a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We're looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee a thriving site for a household name in the entertainment industry. This is an exciting, hands-on role where youll have full responsibility for team performance, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As General Manager , youll lead from the front inspiring your team, making sound decisions on the ground, and ensuring the venue runs smoothly and efficiently day and night. Youll be empowered to take ownership of the sites success and will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the board.
