I am currently recruiting for a General Manager to join this seaside hotel located in Devon. My client is looking for a passionate manager who will lead by example and train and develop the team.

- Manage the operations throughout the hotel
- Develop and train a team
- Maximise revenue and forecast budgets
- Support the owner with sales & marketing
- Host weekly HoD meetings
- Create and develop relationships with local businesses
The successful candidate
- Experience with Coaching holidays
- Proven track record running a hotel
- Be able to inspire and motivate the team
- Strong business acumen
- Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
- Have a passion for hospitality
