GENERAL MANAGER – WET LED HIGH-VOLUME SOCIAL DESTINATION (LONDON BRIDGE)


A flagship, high-energy hospitality venue in central London is seeking an exceptional General Manager. This is a large-scale, fast-paced social destination combining premium bar trade, multiple food partners, live sport, and a major events programme. High volume, high visibility, and built around big moments.


This is not a quiet site. We need a confident, outgoing operator who thrives in busy environments, leads from the front, and knows how to turn atmosphere into commercial success.


The Role

Full ownership of a complex, multi-revenue venue including bar, food partners, events, and private hire. You’ll be accountable for performance, team, guest experience, and profit.


Key Responsibilities

Drive Revenue & Performance

  • Maximise sales across bar, food, and events
  • Lead from the floor to deliver high-energy, upselling teams
  • Plan and execute major trading moments and events
  • Track performance in real time and act fast

Own the Numbers

  • Full P&L accountability
  • Deliver profit through strong labour, stock, and cost control
  • Manage third-party food partners to ensure quality and commercial return

Deliver Standout Guest Experience

  • Create a vibrant, consistent atmosphere across all spaces
  • Lead flawless execution on peak days and events
  • Handle guest feedback proactively and visibly

Build a High-Performing Team

  • Recruit big personalities with energy and attitude
  • Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor
  • Drive a culture of accountability, pace, and pride
  • Develop and retain future leaders

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee multi-operator food environment
  • Maintain high standards across compliance, safety, and presentation
  • Ensure the venue runs smoothly at full capacity

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven GM experience in high-volume hospitality
  • Background in late-night, sports-led, or multi-revenue venues
  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership
  • Outgoing, high-energy leadership style
  • Comfortable managing complexity, scale, and pressure
  • Passion for creating atmosphere and delivering big moments
