An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the site, ensuring exceptional service standards, building and developing a strong team, and delivering a successful, well-run business. You will work closely with the head chef and report / liaise with the Directors of this family business.. We are a neighbourhood pub for the community, and the General Manager sits at the heart of this. As General Manager, you will take full ownership of your pub like its your own. You'll be accountable for its success, driving performance while inspiring your team to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. We are looking for A strong hospitality leader with previous management experience in a busy pub, restaurant or hospitality venue Someone who leads by example and is passionate about excellent service Sales focus create memorable events and campaigns that boost business.
