An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the site, ensuring exceptional service standards, building and developing a strong team, and delivering a successful, well-run business. You will work closely with the head chef and report / liaise with the Directors of this family business..

We are looking for
A strong hospitality leader with previous management experience in a busy pub, restaurant or hospitality venue
Someone who leads by example and is passionate about excellent service
Sales focus create memorable events and campaigns that boost business.
Deliver an unbeatable guest experience
always with genuine care and attention
Experience managing rotas, labour costs and wage percentages
Confident in training, developing and motivating a team
Organised, commercially aware and service focused
A team player who can build strong relationships with both front and back of house
