An internationally renowned company is seeking a Customer Service Representative with French & English language skills to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

A further European language is required to be useable in a business environment from the following:

Dutch German Spanish

Utilising your language skills, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service at all times ensuring business opportunities are maximised through various communication channels.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email in the French, English and one further language (Dutch, German or Spanish) Assisting with customer enquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly and positive approach Developing good relationships with a diverse and dynamic team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction Coordinating with couriers to oversee and track shipments Maintain accurate records and ensure that all customer interactions are well-documented
