About the role
b connect is a SaaS startup turning Guest Wi-Fi into a real-time data engine for the hospitality industry. Our platform captures visitor behaviour, foot traffic, and customer insights, giving restaurants, bars, hotels, and event spaces the kind of data that was previously only available to e-commerce brands.
You'll be our first dedicated sales hire, the person who builds the commercial engine from the ground up, working hand in hand with the founders.

What you'll be doing
- Owning the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract: prospecting, demos, proposals, and closing
- Identifying and targeting hospitality venues across London (restaurants, bars, hotels, event spaces)
- Building relationships with decision-makers at venue level: GMs, Operations Managers, and Owners
- Representing b connect at industry events and networking opportunities within the F&B space
- Working directly with the founders to sharpen our pitch, pricing, and go-to-market approach
- Keeping a clean CRM pipeline and reporting on key sales metrics
- Feeding client insights back to the product team to help shape the roadmap
What you'll need
- Experience in a sales, business development, or account management role
- A solid understanding of the hospitality or F&B industry. You know how venues operate and what keeps operators up at night
- Confidence selling a tech product and explaining it in plain language
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, credible in a room and compelling on a call
- A self-starter mindset: organised, target-driven, and comfortable with autonomy
- Based in London and happy to work on-site
Nice to have
- An existing network within London's hospitality or F&B scene
- Experience selling SaaS, data, or technology products to SMBs
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing concepts (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
