We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager to join a well-established hotel in Worksop. This impressive property features stunning original architecture, a grand Great Hall, and is set within acres of beautiful parkland. The hotel offers both a high-volume buffet restaurant and a more refined la carte dining experience, delivering exceptional service across breakfast and dinner.

The Role As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of multiple dining outlets, including a buffet-style restaurant and an la carte restaurant.
Working closely with the Head of Hospitality and other senior team members, you will lead a team of approximately 5060 staff, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained across both front and back of house.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will inspire, motivate, and develop your team while ensuring operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets
Ensure smooth service delivery across breakfast and dinner sittings
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 5060 staff
Maintain high standards of guest service and overall experience
Monitor and manage costs in line with budgets
Coach and support team leaders to improve performance
Ensure compliance with company standards across all areas
Address performance issues and challenge standards where necessary
Work collaboratively with senior management to drive business success
What Were Looking For Previous experience managing large teams in a customer-facing hospitality environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams
A guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving
Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
