The Role As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of multiple dining outlets, including a buffet-style restaurant and an la carte restaurant. Working closely with the Head of Hospitality and other senior team members, you will lead a team of approximately 5060 staff, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained across both front and back of house.
