Contract Manager (FM/HVAC/M&E) Salary 55k Based in Dartford with some client site visits

We are seeking a Contract Manager for our client a recognised leader within the M&E and Facilities Management sector with a varied blue-chip client base within both commercial and public sectors.

About the role;

Ensuring contracts are provided the existing/needed operational and technical standard of service delivery across all works on site. With support from H&S parties, ensure all works on site are delivered in a safe manner with all H&S company protocols adhered, escalating any queries or incidents immediately to internal parties, supporting with required resolution thereafter. Make sure that contracts are operated in accordance with the company’s procedures, operational and financial processes, Client Contract KPI’s and work instructions. Responsible for the management and reporting of budgets and their expenditure. All works/records/compliance data kept UTD on site and in the back office to the appropriate standards.
