Role - Group Flights Consultant \n\nLocation - Fully Remote/Monthly Leeds Office Visits\n\nSalary - £28,000-£30,000 DOE\n\nBenefits - UNLIMITED HOLIDAYS! Enhanced pension and a very flexible working environment plus much more!\n\nWe're looking for an experienced Group Flights Consultant and Amadeus whizz to join a busy Flight Team within a fast-paced events environment. This is a hands-on role managing group and corporate flight travel, supporting large-scale live events and incentive programmes worldwide.\n\nThe Role as a Group Flights Consultant\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging multiple client events, group flights and corporate travel accounts\nHandling flight enquiries, research and fare quotations using Amadeus GDS\nCreating accurate proposals, budgets and travel documentation\nManaging airline group reservations, ticketing, exchanges, reissues and refunds\nFull administration of bookings including manifests, schedules, financials and reconciliation\nEnsuring deadlines are met for both clients and suppliers\nSupporting live events including flights, rail and other travel logistics\nLiaising with operations on delegate management, seating, transfers and special services\nAssisting with aircraft charters, VIP travel and incentive trips (including ground arrangements)\nWorking collaboratively across teams to support proposals, upgrades and changes\nProviding out-of-hours flight support when required due to global time zones\nCovering team absence and contributing to continuous process improvementTravel and flexible working hours may be required, including occasional weekend work depending on event needs.\n\nAbout You as a Group Flights Consultant\n\nYou'll be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for travel and events.

You thrive in a busy environment, can adapt quickly and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.\n\nWe're looking for someone who has:\n\nMinimum 2 years' experience in the travel industry (business, group or event travel)\nExtensive Amadeus GDS experience - essential\nKnowledge of incentive travel and corporate group destinations\nStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills\nConfidence managing high-volume group travel and tight deadlines\nA proactive, flexible approach to workload and working hours\nCompetency in Excel, Google Drive/Sheets, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams\nA friendly, professional and solutions-focused communication styleIf you're looking for a varied, fast-moving role where no two days are the same.
