Exciting Project Manager opportunity for a leading Tier 1 fit out and refurbishment company.
About the role of Project Manager:
Winning and delivering commercial office fit out projects valued around £20 - £80 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B fit out and cut & carve.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
Monitoring build progress overseeing finance and ensuring quality
Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site managers
Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
Requirements for Project Manager:
Experience working as a Project Manager on commercial fit out projects valued circa £10 - £50 million
Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out experience
Experience Supporting the tendering process from pre-construction to delivery
