About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a prestigious £20m commercial fit-out project in Central London. This is an opportunity to deliver a landmark scheme for a blue-chip client, working with one of the most respected contractors in the sector.

As Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of the project from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll lead a strong site team, manage subcontractors, and maintain excellent communication with the client and professional teams throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Take overall ownership of a £20m CAT A / CAT B commercial fit-out project.

*

Manage project planning, procurement, programme, and delivery.

*

Lead and motivate site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.

*

Oversee quality, health & safety, and compliance with company standards.

*

Manage client relationships and represent the business professionally.

*

Drive commercial performance in collaboration with the commercial team.

Requirements:

*

Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial fit-out projects (£10m+).

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

Experience managing high-end finishes and fast-track programmes.

*

Knowledge of design coordination and fit-out sequencing.

*

Ideally degree qualified in Construction Management or similar.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
