To build on our recent successes and project wins we are looking experienced Fit Out Managers This is a key role where you will coordinate works on a daily basis with the other Ardmore managers to ensure that programmes are being adhered, and we are delivering a high-quality product for our clients and their customers!
The Project:
A £120m new build RC frame social/private housing project which is part of the Hackney regeneration. Phase 2b, which will be built on the site of the old Britannia Leisure Centre, is the first part of a residential development and includes the design and build of four residential blocks.
These will range in height from three to 25 storeys and include homes of a mixed tenure. The scheme will include 81 affordable homes and 314 for private sale.
